We're celebrating a milestone - Execute is turning 1 year old! Almost a year ago, we launched Execute, our latest service within Weborama. As a valuable addition to our rich media technology expertise, Execute offers comprehensive and efficient support throughout every phase of the rich media process, with expertise in creative production, media buying, and campaign management.

In honor of this anniversary, we spoke with Larissa, the Product Owner of Execute, to gain insights into the capabilities, benefits, and applications of Execute over the past year. What is Execute?
Execute is an all-in-one Rich Media service that covers creative production, media buying, and campaign management. This means we handle every aspect of your digital campaign, including media planning, purchasing, creative production, real-time monitoring, and optimization, from A to Z. Our team of specialists tackles the complexities of the digital advertising landscape, ensuring that your desired outcomes are achieved. We execute agreed-upon budgets, timelines, KPIs, strategies, and formats with transparent, fixed fees.

Why would I use Execute?
The digital advertising ecosystem is complex and can pose challenges for marketers. This often leads to the use of limiting ad formats that may not always provide a unique experience to the target audience. Additionally, there is often a shortage of time, appropriate tools, and resources. To address these challenges, we have bundled all our services into a new product called Execute. With Execute, we can execute a digital campaign from A to Z, thus alleviating the challenges faced by online marketers. This is especially useful if you are short on time or resources and would like to outsource Rich Media budget and campaign management. Our team literally takes work off your hands with clear, fixed agreements.

How does Execute work?
To make use of Execute, you can brief the team with your campaign objectives, materials, and budget. Following this, you will receive a complete proposal, including formats, reach, volumes, and expected results. Depending on available resources, the process typically takes 5-8 business days, including feedback rounds, to bring your ads to life. Upon banner approval, the campaign is launched and continuously monitored in real-time to meet the anticipated outcomes.

How quickly can my campaign go live once I accept the proposal?
The speed at which the campaign can go live depends on the complexity of the banners. The more complex the banners, the more production time is required. When the campaign is decided upon at the last minute, there are also possibilities. In such cases, our Easy Rich Media tool can be utilized, allowing high-impact formats to be created even with minimal assets. The campaign can be live on the same day, provided that tracking is available. Under regular circumstances, it typically takes between 5 and 8 business days to set up and go live with your campaign.

What are the international possibilities?
We offer Rich Media formats that can run in Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France. In addition to these countries, there are also possibilities in Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, and Spain. Some Rich Media formats can be deployed in multiple countries, while others have specifications that are specific to a particular country. We can always provide advice and explore the best options for your international campaign.

The campaign is live; how can I track it, and what can I expect during its runtime?
In addition to the periodic assessments and the capability to track performance within Weborama Campaign Manager (WCM), you can expect anticipate our team of specialists to actively engage and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the campaign achieves its desired outcomes. This may involve offering recommendations for targeting options or proposing creative adjustments to optimize the campaign. We are always at your service to ensure the campaign attains success.

The campaign is live, but I want to change the date or budget. Is that possible?

What can you expect after the campaign concludes?
After the campaign has concluded, you can expect to receive a comprehensive report. This report will include evaluations of key performance indicators (KPIs), creative heatmaps, and interaction statistics.

Can I onboard the data into my own dashboard?
We recognize that monitoring your campaign's performance is essential for achieving your objectives. That's why we offer several options to make this process as smooth as possible. Depending on your dashboard, we can automatically send performance data per format. For instance, our Campaign Manager (WCM) allows you to utilize the API and email function for this purpose. However, what distinguishes us is our service and the convenience we provide. We deliver clear reports in slide format, enabling you to quickly assess your campaign's performance with a single glance. We therefore recommend leveraging our expertise and the simplicity of our reporting tools so that you can stay focused on reaching your objectives.
